Amelia Reeber

With curiosity I’m here to support your unique process.  I will hold space for you to experience deeper connection, feel more comfortable in your body, and grow in your authenticity. I offer you my gifts of presence, compassion, intuition, my love of creative process and knowledge of the human body.

For my craniosacral sessions, I use light touch and focus on supporting balance and change in the fluid body, central nervous system, structures of the cranium, face, and pelvis. CST can be very gentle, yet profound in its effects. It’s also effective for stress, cognitive function, relief of shock, held trauma and tension, TMJD, headaches, and effects of concussion to name a few.

Craniosacral Therapy sessions are one hour long. My rate is $95.Please feel free to email/call/text me to schedule or ask questions.  I’m so happy to share this work!

Below are descriptions of movement-based classes I will be offering at KWC and in the region. Hope to see you there for some playful, creative explorations.

Amelia’s Offerings

  • Coming back to the body as a grounding source of health, imagination, and play. We will warm up with a variety of movement and awareness explorations then move into the restorative, expressive place of dance. Open to all adults and experience levels.

  • This class begins with a somatic awareness practice or a thematic frame, followed by a circuit of meditation, movement, drawing/writing.

  • is based on contemporary/improvisation ideas and tools. We'll inspire movement in our bodies, make a dance in the moment WITH each other as a group.

  • co-taught with Tamin Totzke, is a movement workshop that is influenced by somatic movement practices, contact improvisation, and principles of Somatic Experiencing and Craniosacral Therapy. A foundational aspect of this workshop is attending to our Social Engagement System (SES). We deepen our inner awareness within a shared experience with others.

  • Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, Wood…these are the elements alive in nature and within the human body. We resonate with and mobilize these energies to cultivate internal and external harmony.

  • Want a playful tool to pass through a state of mind or emotion? Through observation, the moving expression of the body in space, we’ll disorient the matrix of energy, diffuse its power, and reorient into a clearer, more resilient state of being.
