Cultivating presence and connection while restoring function and ease is her focus. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, nature, and the arts. Hi I’m Kelley, a YTT500 graduate from a family-run yoga school in Kathmandu, Nepal called Nepal Yoga Home!! Thanks to my rigorous training, hours of volunteer teaching, and integration with my caretaking job, I am able to offer a classic Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, and Adaptive Yoga for those navigating disability. I am one-half of the DeVine Yogis team, for which I am lucky to partner with my loving mama Margie. My teaching approach focuses on balance and self-connection, ensuring you feel safe and centered both on and beyond the mat. I believe in lifelong learning, sincere service, and the power of real community care.

Christina Ryan-Stoltz is a master bodyworker of 22 years, as well as a somatic movement educator & embodiment coach, breathwork facilitator, meditation teacher, reiki master, folk herbalist, holistic health counselor, ordained ceremonialist & a writer! She is also the founder of SHEskool, leading workshops and retreats for women. She lives wild and free near the entrance to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore with the first boy she ever had a crush on and their 14 year old puppy, Moonshine The Wonder Dog.

Lauren has been enjoying the practice of yoga for 20 years and has been teaching yoga in northern Michigan since she moved here in June 2022. Lauren believes in all the ways yoga helps to heal the mind, body and soul. When she is not teaching yoga she is teaching art at Bear Lake School and spending time with her family and two dogs. Lauren enjoys all that Michigan has to offer. She loves boating and water sports, skiing, snowboarding and hiking.
Lauren teaches a Power Flow and Yogalates style class featuring movement with breath in creative sequences. Students will build heat, strength, balance, and deep core strength while listening to fun, inspiring music.

My name is Chris Ellsworth. In June 2023, I received my 200 YTT certification. Horses brought me to yoga! Yoga has provided me a way to connect with my big, beautiful beings on a level they can feel and understand. By being aware of my body, energy and breath I am able to communicate more deeply than with words. I especially enjoy bringing Gentle and Slow Flow Yoga to others by helping them feel grounded and more aware.

I have been working as a medical professional for many years downstate and am blessed to continue this work in my new northern Michigan home.

My classes are pretty much level 1-2 unless otherwise noted, with some experience required. We can take it up or down a notch, depending on the group. I will guide you safely; and help support your practice and well-being. The most important thing is to be mindful of your own body in the present, as well as your own needs and limitations. Hi, I'm Margie DeVine, a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and a founding member of the Kindred Water's Collective and Studio in Beulah, MI. With 20 years of experience as a student of Baptiste yoga, I will be offering flow classes for all levels starting Winter 2024. Look for me at DeVine Yogis, the teaching entity founded with my daughter Kathleen Kelley DeVine (RYT 500). Kelley and I are always happier when we've spent time on our mats, and we look forward to sharing a sense of peace, building strength, and cultivating forgiveness every time we come together.

She has been practicing for over 20 years and studying and teaching for almost 10 under various teachers such as Baron Baptiste, Christina Sell, Stacey Dockins, and AM Yoga. In addition to her teaching and practice, Becky is an author, child development specialist, and consultant for families and schools on the introduction and incorporation of mindfulness practices into daily routines for development and growth of students, staff, and caretakers.
